If you want a real beast working for you then the Northstar 37-Ton is just the thing and best electric log splitter. It will take some time to set up but when you have big wood to split you need this. It will go through anything like butter.

I like the WEN 6.5-Ton one. I’ve seen it in action at a friend and it works great. Hadn’t noticed if it sits firmly on the ground or not. Need to look again but it seemed to be ok. And it cuts everything in seconds. It’s best electric log splitter with stand for me.
